Great job I-Pass

I can’t order another I-Pass online for our minivan because of “system upgrades.”  Haven’t been able to do it online for several weeks.  Alternate payment method?  Go pick one up at the nearest oasis during the scheduled times the Mobile I-Pass team is there.  Sure thing.

Stopped by one on my lunch break.  “Sorry, our computer is down.”

So… you don’t want my money?  Can I have my 80 cents back for you making me waste a trip down the tollway to the oasis?
